Wellness mit jacuzzi, Spa.war sehr gut für Kindern auch.Buffet breakfast war sehr gut..Sie haben viel Platz zum sitzen an die rezeption.Schade Restaurant war noch geschlossen..Abend und Mittag findet in ein Bistro near rezeption etwas klein but das menu war gut hat gut geshmeckt und gross portionen. Bad: Manche guest geht nicht duschen bevor sie ins Pool hinein springen.

Good: Nagyon finom volt a reggeli, bő választèk , frissen készült ètelek. Jobb szobát kaptunk mint amit foglaltunk, termálvizes medence van a wellnesben. A tisztaság is elégséges volt, a személyzet kedves, segìtőkèsz. Összességében nagyon jòl éreztük magunkat. Bad: A matrac nagyon puha, nem igazán alkalmas alvásra.

Otel genel olarak güzel biz 1 gece geçirdik. Restaurantı iyi yemekler lezzetliydi. Personel yardımcı ve ilgiliydi. Spa genel olarak güzel ve temiz fakat yer mermerleri biraz bakım istiyor. Oda temiz ayni zamanda konforlu. Odalardaki duş ve tuvaletin yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Otele göre biraz eski kalmış durumda. Ailenizle bir dinlenme tatili için tavsiye edilebilir.

Everything was clean and neat, and, in addition, I was amazed by the lobby decoration. :) No doubt I will choose the same hotel during my next stay in Budapest. Good: V Maďarsku jsme už navštívili několik hotelů, i v síti Danubius / Ensana. Nyní jsme chtěli vyzkoušet něco nového a tak jsme vybrali hotel Helia. Byli jsme příjemně překvapeni, hotel má výbornou polohu, centrum je dostupné autobusem městské dopravy a zastávka je cca 100 m od hotelu. Hotel je čistý, personál neutrální. Co se týče jídla, to je samostatná kapitola :), Maďarsko nikdy nezklamalo a tady se to jen potvrdilo. Výhodou tohoto hotelu je, že je zde učňovké středisko, takže servis frčí a nevázne narozdíl od hotelu Ensana Margitsziget. Bazény čisté, udržované, myslím, že se nám líbili úplně nejvíc. Bad: Nelíbilo se nám málo věcí, nicméně musím zmínit , tak jako někteří ostatní v recenzích a to madrace. Jsou měkké, občas jsem nekontrolovatelně sklouzával :), opravdu nepohodlné. Další věcí, která se nám nelíbila, je, že do bazénů s termální teplou vodou mají přístup malé děti, které kolem vás jezdí na madračce a hlučí. Myslím, že toto by měl hotel rychle vyřešit, tak jako v ostatních hotelech, kde jsou bazény odděleny pro dospělé a děti.

Do Maďarska jezdíme často. Byli jsme několikrát v Sárváru, Büku, Hevízu, v Budapešti na Markétině ostrově 4x a nyní jsme vyzkoušeli hotel Helia. Nevěděli jsme co očekávat, recenze , jak to tak bývá, byly některé dobré a některé zase špatné. No, my byli opravdu zvědaví, co nás čeká. Hotel je nádherný, má skvělou polohu. Do města se dostanete autobusem za pár minut. Zastávka je pár kroků od hotelu. Personál je neutrální, není ani nepříjemný, ale také ne úplně milý. Snídaně jsou v Ensaně standardně na velmi dobré úrovni, a zde se to potvrdilo, byly výborné! Fungoval i servis a to díky tomu, že zde mají učňovské středisko. To třeba na Markétině ostrově značně pokulhávalo. Bazény nádherné, voda skvělá a čistá. Prostředí udržované, v tomto ohledu nebylo co vytknout. Jediné, co rušilo tu skvělou atmosféru, byli hlučné děti, které měli kupodivu přístup i do teplých bazénů, což v jiných hotelech mají lépe ošetřené. I zde by měli v tomto zapracovat, když relaxuje že, tak není příjemné poslouchat hlučící děti jezdící kolem vás na madračce! Plavčík byl v klidu, nezasáhl. 😟. Co se týče ubytování, i zde se potvrdil standard Ensany. Byloi čisto, teplo , tak co vytknout? Už vim😁, madrace! Ty jsou opravdu špatné. Jsou velmi proleželé, nějakým záhadným způsobem jsem z nich sklouzával. Ale to je opravdu jediné, a není důvod si tím kazit dovolenou. Závěrem bych napsal že jsme v Budapešti prožili krásný víkend a do Maďarska a Helie se řadí vrátíme!! 🇭🇺👌

Good: The Hotel offers a range of facilities including a spacious Spa Center with three thermal water swimming pools, large jacuzzi, male and female saunas and hammams, and 2-floor gym. There is a wide selection of food for breakfast. Rooms are a little bit outdated yet spotlessly clean. It is conveniently located on the Danube River bank, opposite to the Margaret Island, and is well connected with the downtown via bus lines. Overall, it is a great value for money. Bad: Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas tend to be slow most of the time and should be definitely improved. There are no sweets for breakfast.

Good: Solidan smeštaj, mobilijar starii, ali u ok stanju, pristojan spa, odličan dorucak. Bad: Ako je soba okrenuta ka ulici, moze da se oseća kanalizacija, na to treba obratiti pažnju, prilikom rezervacije, ako soba gleda na Dunav, onda je ok, pošto smo plaćali karticom, iz nekog razloga smeštaj i parking nam je naplaćen 15 evra više.

Good: Excellent breakfast(diversity of products, great coffee). Christmas decorations, cleanliness,all at superlative. Also,as i have mentioned in my last visit, the staff at Helia is at a very high standard( with one minor exception this time -the gentelmen that checked us out had an unpleasant attitude, maybe a bad day, maybe the language barrier). Bad: In our first day, in the room, was cold for my taste and the central heating doesn't reacted in any way to the thermostat settings.The next day I adressed this to the front desk and they provided us an extra heat source (an electric heater) that solved the issue. The bed matress was too soft (this is a mater of taste, of course).

Már a becsekkolás sem volt zökkenőmentes, háromnegyed órát vártunk a sorban míg ez megtörténhetett. A szoba nagyon meleg volt, nem lehetett szellőztetni megfelelően. Az ágyak nagyon puhák, roggyantak voltak. A két külön ágyat összetoltuk , alatta szemét volt. A szaunát meztelenül vették igénybe, elég kritikátlanul a vendégek. A szilveszter éjjel és hajnal a kutyavonítások miatt kimerítő volt, ezért reggel elhagytuk a szállodát. Nagy csalódás volt ez a szálloda.

Good: Páčilo sa nám všetko, veľmi čisté a pohodlné izby, výborné raňajky, veľmi ochotný personál. Pekný výhľad z izby na Dunaj. Určite sa veľmi radi vrátime do hotela. Odporúčam. Bad: Trochu by som vytkol platené parkovanie avšak vzhľadom na cenu to nebolo zlé. Treba uznať, že stup na parkovisko je kontrolovaný, takže v konečnom dôsledku je to pochopiteľné.

Good: There is a good and nice breakfast. The fitness and spa in the hotel are excellent. The location is pretty close to public transport, so you can go easily to any place you want in Budapest. Bad: Internet cable connection is not possible in the room!!! There is a slot for cable, but no connection. This is not fair, since I got information from the hotel agent that cable connection is possible in the rooms. The only cable connection I could use was in the lobby at "Bussiness corner".

Good: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Donaublick/ Straße- schöner wäre ein direkter Blick gewesen - wahrscheinlich sind nur die Zimmer mit Balkon direkt mit Donaublick. Hotel ist sehr modern und schön gestaltet. Parkplätze direkt am Hotel - 10€ /Tag - sehr günstig. Bad: Der Teppich in unserem Zimmer ist dringend auszuwechseln, viele Flecke.

Good: Figyelmes a személyzet. Választékos reggeli. Odafigyelnek a koronavírus terjedésének megakadályozására. Tiszta a szaba és a fürdószaba. Bad: A fürdőben a szappan adagoló üres volt. Az egyik ágy matraca kissé már megroggyant.

Good: החדר היה נוח מאד, היתה ערכת קפה, מיני בר מיטה וכריות היו נוחות, בחדר היה חם, במקלחת עוד יותר ,אפילו בלילה הינו צריכים לפתוח את החלון(מדובר על תקופת החורף) כל מה שהיה חסר לנו, לאחר בקשה תוך זמן קצר הביאו ספא נקי, חלוקים קיבלנו, מגבות בלי הגבלה בכניסה לספא מה שקנה אותי--הם העמידו בלובי מחשב עם מדפסת ויכלנו להדפיס אישורים הנדרשים לטיסה! Чистые комнаты ,минибар ,набор для кофе и чая Удобная кровать и подушки,в комнате и в ванной очень тепло_мы были зимой, но есть возможность открыть окно Спа очень чистый, халаты нам выдали, полотенца у входа, бери сколько нужно В лобби есть компьютер и ксерокс, можно бесплатно распечатать документы Bad: ישראלים רגילים שבמלונות מנקים כל יום, וכל יום מחליפים מגבות, זה לא היה, אבל היה מיבש מגבות,והסבר איך להזמין נקיון. כשביקשנו מגבות חדשות, מיד הביאו לנו.

Good: tichučka izba (možno len šťastie na susedov),pohodlne postele, dostatočne veľká pohodlná posteľ, krásny výhľad na Dubaj a ostrov, super wellness v cene (plavecky bazen 26-28st), ďalšii menší 32-34. a dva 36-38, kde jeden mal aj vírivku, župany na izbe, uteráky vždy čisté vo wellness Bad: možno by som rozšírila sortiment raňajok (ale asi je to len môj pocit)

Good: les services gratuit (spa, piscine, massage, luggage room). Le message de l’hôtel avant notre arrivée nous a permis de commander un taxi pas cher (6€/personne porte à porte). Le petit déjeuné copieux et varié (que vous soyez végétarien, intolérant au lactose ou petit déjeuné anglais). Bad: le lit assez vieux (matelas et draps usés) mais encore très confortable.

Good: Thermalbadet och närheten till Donau och den vackra promenadvägen in mot centrum. Vi har bott här säkert 10 gånger de senaste åren. Nu är receptionen och matsalen fräscht renoverade. Bad: Kaffemaskinen!! Det tar alldeles för lång tid att få fram en full kopp kaffe. Kön blir lång och folk blir lite irriterande över att behöva vänta så länge.

Good: Minden szép nyaralás szállodában. Termal vize ez jól. Uszodak tiszták és 7-től 22-ig dolgozik. Szobak szépek is és szállodanak parkohelye van. 10 years ago we were there first time, and afher that we visit hotel 4/5 times. All is nice and if you are first time in Budapest, my suggest take accommodation in this hotel.
